SRO Esports Launches Global Championships

It was recently announced that SRO Esports will be putting on three new GT World Challenge Esports Championships starting next month. Teams and individual Sim Racers will have the chance to compete in these three events as well as the British GT Esports Championship.

Europe, Asia, and America will each be represented by a continental series made up of endurance and sprint racing. A total of 31 events are scheduled to take place from May to October.

The new program complements the Fanatec Esports GT Pro Series, a five-event series that counts to the real-world standings of professional driver racing teams. Like all SRO esports activities, the GT World Challenge Esports Championships will use the acclaimed simulation Assetto Corsa Competizione from Kunos Simulazioni.

SRO Esports is putting on several gaming events this year. With the British GT Esports Championship and the on-site Fanatec Esports GT Pro Series, the company will be airing 41 different live streams with 130 hours of action.
