nWay Teaming Up With IOC To Release Olympic NFTs Pins

The International Olympic Committee is teaming up with video game developer nWay to launch non-fungible tokens. A set of digital NFT Olympic Pins were made available for purchase and trading on the nWay website on June 17th.

nWay will continue its partnership with the IOC following the conclusion of the Olympic Games in Tokyo this summer. nWay joins Nintendo as the other official video game partner of the IOC.

nWay said that it plans on releasing a brand new Olympic-themed video game later this year to celebrate the 2022 Winter Games which are scheduled to take place in Beijing. That game will allow players to earn NFT pins free of charge.
