The gaming organization Rogue announced it has teamed up with the tech company Hyperice. As a result, Hyperice will provide Rogue players with therapy, training, and recovery devices for the 2021 League of Legends World Championship. Despite the deal, an official partnership between the two organizations has not been announced.
“Hyperice works with athletes across the world, so we’re pleased to be supporting one of the most competitive, high-performance teams in the esports arena,” said Michael Ricatto, the Director of Marketing for Hyperice Europe. “We’re excited for Rogue as they face off in this year’s Worlds Championship. From each day of training to the moment of competition, we’re proud that our products and programs will help these young athletes soar to victory on the biggest stage in League of Legends.”
The League of Legends World Championship is an annual video game tournament hosted by Riot Games. This year’s events run from October 5th to November 6th.
Rogue is an American esports organization that was founded in May of 2016. The company currently supports rosters in hit games like FIFA, Rocket League, League of Legends, Fortnite, and more.
