According to a recent report from Bloomberg, employees at 11 video game companies said their teams were in possession of the Nintendo Switch’s 4K development kit. Several organizations were highlighted on the list, including Zynga Inc. (the developer behind Farmville).
The report shows that these companies range from small to large publishers. Additionally, Bloomberg said that one of the companies working on these 4K projects “has never made a console game before.”
In response to Bloomberg, Nintendo said that the list is “inaccurate.” However, the company did not specify which portion of the report it was referring to.
A new version of the Nintendo Switch officially hit stores on October 8th. This device, which features a larger screen and OLED technology, has a starting price of $350.
