Nicecactus recently announced it had agreed to a partnership with the French Nike licensee Ekinsport. As a result of this deal, both parties have come together to launch EkinArena, a series of esports tournaments spread across ten popular video games.
Some of the games that will be featured during EkinArena include FIFA 22, TrackMania, League of Legends, Super Smash Bros, Rocket League, and Fortnite. The tournament’s best players will be eligible to receive prizes like discounted Nike items, gift cards, and PlayStation 5s.
“The EkinArena has proven to be the ideal model for how to create a continuous online gaming space for brands,” said Mike Hessabi, the CEO of Nicecactus. “We are particularly proud of our ability to deliver tournaments across multiple games and formats, showing our unparalleled versatility in the branded tournaments space.”
Nicecactus is an all-inclusive video game training platform for pro and amateur esports athletes. The organization was originally founded in 2017.
