ESL Gaming recently announced that Qayser Sachdev had been appointed to the role of Director of Team Relations. In this position, Sachdev will work with esports teams for ESL tournaments while getting more organizations involved in the ESL Pro League.
“It’s incredibly exciting for me to be able to bridge my professional experience within the Paralympic and Olympic movements together with my lifelong passion for gaming, here at ESL Gaming,” said Sachdev. “Working directly with the best esports teams in the world to explore new and innovative opportunities together and develop the ESL Pro League into the best possible product for players, teams, and fans alike.”
Before joining ESL, Sachdev worked for the International Olympic Committee. During his time with the IOC, he helped put on four different editions of the Paralympic Games and played a key role in the creation of the Refugee Paralympic team.
