Anzu Tasked With Creating In-Game Advertisements For Roblox

Anzu recently announced it was teaming up with Roblox to bring advertisements to the gaming platform. Now, Anzu’s dynamic in-game advertising solutions will be available to content creators that make games and other types of experiences on Roblox. The goal of this agreement is to provide new revenue sources to Roblox creators.

“Today marks an important milestone on our road to building a cross-platform advertising solution that reaches players no matter where they are or what they are playing on,” said Itamar Benedy, the CEO of Anzu, in a statement. “We are thrilled by the interest and uptake we’ve already seen from both Roblox’s creators and some of the world’s leading brands and agencies which are extremely excited to be part of Roblox’s vision of becoming a true metaverse, representing the future of how people learn, play, work, consume entertainment, try on and shop fashion, and interact with brands.”

This program will allow dynamic banners ads to appear on numerous virtual objects within the gaming platform. This is expected to include the sides of in-game buildings as well as virtual billboards.
