All flight controls are sold out at every place I’ve checked. I had to order a yoke and throttle quadrant that wouldn’t be shipped until Sept. 5. The rudder pedals won’t ship until October 15! I ordered them anyway. So far my hardware investment is $350+ and I still want to order switch panels and radio panels. In playing Flight Simulator it is clear that I need to upgrade my PC. That will probably happen this month so my investment will be over $3,000 when all is said and done. And I’m excited about it. The simulation is that good.
Do you think there’s a place for Flight Simulator in esports? I’m thinking skills challenges like landing at difficult airports. I know it’s not meant for that but I think there could be a place for it.
I could definitely see it happening. Or maybe something like Red Bull’s Air Race World Championship, but done inside MS Flight Simulator.
I find it funny how the sweater has so may pockets for a gamer. Why did they think the gaming audience ever asked for a hoodie with huge pockets? I see why they thought the hoodie would be resourceful but I have never heard of anyone asking for that or complain about hood size.
