TSM, a North American esports organization, has announced the launch of TSMU, its new collegiate esports program. According to a release, the free program will feature mentorship and internship opportunities as well as a chance to connect with esports communities.
“In this industry, there has historically been a lack of a clear path on how to get involved, so it can be challenging for those who are interested in this business to even get started,” said TSM project manager Allie Hahe. “This is why we created TSMU. We want to lead the way in creating new opportunities in the space, as well as providing education and insight for those looking to learn how they can work in the space.”
TSMU will host several events including career panels and Q&A sessions with esports industry professionals. Casual tournaments and esports tournament watch parties will be offered as well.
