Playstation Plus Free Games Revealed Amidst Rumors Of Subscription Service Price Increase

Three free games were made available to Playstation Plus subscribers at the beginning of May. The three titles are Stranded DeepWreckfest, and Battlefield V, which can all be downloaded now.

Despite these offerings, it is not all good news for Playstation Plus subscribers. Tyler Fischer from Comicbook Gaming said that the price of the subscription service could soon increase. “In fact, in Brazil, the prices are already increasing by 33 percent, though Sony claims this is simply to reflect the current market situation in the South American country,” Fischer writes. “In other words, it’s apparently not indicative of a price increase across the board. Emphasis on apparently.”

Playstation Plus is a subscription service created for the Playstation network that is similar to the Xbox Game Pass. A one-year commitment to service costs $59.99 per month.
