During a special event hosted by AEW on YouTube, the company revealed plans to launch a new mobile game. The AEW Elite General Manager (GM) game was unveiled by the title’s executive producer and AEW referee Aubrey Edwards.
“We’ve said from the beginning that it’s imperative we listen to our fans and strive to implement their feedback into our games,” said Edwards. “We’re excited to give our fans a voice as we take this beloved genre to new heights and deliver an authentically AEW experience on a global scale.”
Players will take on the role of talent bookers in the game. There, they will have to build a roster of wrestlers while also putting on digital events and attracting new, virtual fans. Gamers across the globe can compete head-to-head for the title of Elite GM of AEW DYNAMITE.
AEW Elite General Manager was developed by Crystallized Games as part of a collaboration with All Elite Wrestling. The title will be available on Android and iOS devices later this year.
