On June 3rd, OneTeam Partners announced it had acquired gaming-focused advisor firm TheoryCraft. As part of the acquisition, Theorycraft Co-founders Lauren Gaba Flanagan and Nathen McVittie were officially integrated into OneTeam.
It was unveiled that Gaba Flanagan will join OneTeam as the company’s new Director of Strategy while McVittie will serve as Director of Creative. Bryce Blum will reportedly remain with the organization as a consultant.
“After working with Theorycraft on successful projects such as the Madden Pro Bowl, we recognized their unique skillset and their ability to engage audiences in new ways,” said OneTeam Partners’ CPO Henry Lowenfels. “We are thrilled to add some of the best creative and strategic minds in the industry to OneTeam.”
TheoryCraft is an esports advisory firm based in Los Angeles, California. The company has roughly ten employees and was founded in 2019.
