Team Liquid has collaborated with hardware manufacturer Alienware to launch Good in Gaming. This social media platform looks to support initiatives like “education, empowerment, and inclusive competition.”
There will be many projects and activations as part of this collaboration. This will include Team Liquid and Alienware paid internship programs, a Good in Gaming scholarship, and the introduction of the Alienware Tournament Series, a series of international video game tournaments open to players ages 13 or up.
“In January this year, Team Liquid and Alienware dedicated the next chapter of our partnership towards making a more inclusive and accessible esports industry. Today we are so excited to introduce our first collaborative programs focused on creating educational opportunities, empowering our communities to succeed, and fostering inclusive competitions,” said Mike Milanov, Team Liquid’s Chief Business Development Officer. “Team Liquid is built on a long legacy in esports, and in our next two decades, we want to provide the opportunities and tools to all gamers to make legacies of their own. This is just the beginning of that mission, and we couldn’t be prouder to share it with our long-time partner Alienware.”
Team Liquid was founded in 2000 and is now one of the world’s most famous esports organizations. They have teams competing in various titles such as CS:GO, Fortnite, PUBG, Dota 2, and League of Legends.
