ONE Esports recently unveiled a partnership with the social dating application Tinder. As a result, Tinder will host a series of Mobile Legends: Band Bang experiences for app users across Southeast Asia. Also, Tinder will launch a new initiative designed to connect Southeast Asian gamers called “Esports Passions”.
“More than half of our Tinder members globally are Gen Z between the ages of 18 and 25, and we know that many of them are now spending more time exploring their passion for gaming online in the aftermath of the pandemic,” said Gaurav Girotra, the General Manager Southeast Asia at Tinder & Match Group. “The introduction of Esports Passion will give Gen Z gamers another way to present themselves authentically as they look to connect with others.”
Ten members who feature “Esports Passions” on their profile were eligible to receive 500 Mobile Legends: Band Bang diamonds. This promotion ran from June 25th to July 7th.
