Amber Appoints Jaime Gine As Company’s New CEO

Amber recently announced the organization had appointed Jaime Gine as the company’s new Chief Executive Officer. This deal will also see Brian Waddle become the head of business development. At this time, it is being reported that former CEO Mihai Pohontu will remain with the company as the head of the board of directors.

“We are entering a new chapter in Amber’s evolving story, as we proceed to expand our international network of studios to cover all platforms and game genres,” said Pohontu. “Jaime and Brian’s joining our leadership team is a great accelerator to our strategy and I’m excited to welcome them to our group.”

Before joining Amber, Gine was the chief customer officer for Keywords Studio. Prior to that, he spent 15 years working for Electronic Arts Inc.
