Step Agrees To Partnership With Kyle “Bugha” Giersdorf

The financial solutions company Step recently announced it had agreed to a partnership with the pro gamer Kyle “Bugha” Giersdorf. This deal aims to provide gamers with access to a variety of financial products designed to manage in-game purchases and prize winnings. Additionally, Bugha invested an undisclosed amount of money in the company.

As part of this collaboration, each stream Bugha hosts will feature a $5,000 prize pool and a scholarship that will be given to one lucky gamer. On top of that, fans will be given the opportunity to play alongside Bugha.

“When I first got into esports, I was faced with a lot of obstacles as the equipment was upwards of $1,000 and winnings were typically distributed through platforms that required you to be at least 18-years-old like PayPal,” said Giersdorf. “Esports as an industry hasn’t catered well to teens, so I’m thrilled to be partnering with Step to make it accessible to more people and ensure every teen gamer has access to the financial tools they need.”

Kyle “Bugha” Giersdorf is a teenage gamer from the United States. He previously played video games professionally for well-known organizations like No Clout and Sentinels.
