Esports Technologies Inc. was recently named a finalist for the Esport Product of the Year for SiGMA Europe’s 2021 Europe Gaming Awards. The company was nominated for its real-time odds modeling and simulation system as well as its free-to-play Esports Games app, which was launched in May of 2021.

We’ve invested a great deal of time, effort, and resources into our advanced technologies,” said Mark Thorne, the CMO of Esports Technologies. “It is extremely gratifying for Esports Technologies to be recognized for its innovative efforts to reimagine the esports wagering experience.”
The European Gaming Awards is an annual event highlighting products and innovations within the esports industry. This year’s ceremony will take place on November 15th.
Days later, Esports Technologies announced it had filed a patent application that covers several versions of a novel esports betting exchange system. The patent describes a private gambling exchange model that offers operators and bettors greater liquidity and improved pricing on esports events that will be unaffected by large wagers.
