Nathan Gary Named President Of Annapurna

On November 5th, Annapurna Interactive announced the company’s co-founder, Nathan Gary, had been appointed as the organization’s president. In this role, Gary will oversee the business’ film, TV, theater, and gaming divisions. He will also join Annapurna’s board.

“Nathan has helped build Annapurna Interactive from the ground up, showing impressive leadership as well as the innate ability to identify and foster creative voices,” said CEO Megan Ellison. “I respect and appreciate Nathan’s vision, instincts, and acumen and can’t think of a better person to help lead Annapurna as we continue to thrive in film, television, theatre, and interactive.”

According to his LinkedIn profile, Gary has been with Annapurna since December of 2015. Prior to that, he spent ten years working for PlayStation.

Annapurna Interactive is the video game division of Annapurna Pictures, which was founded in 2016. The organization is famous for developing hit games like What Remains of Edith Fitch, Donut County, Outer Wilds, and so on.
