JLINGZ Esports Partners With Recast

JLINGZ esports recently announced that it had agreed to a partnership with Recast. This deal will see 85% of the revenue generated by Recast passed to JLINGZ while the other 15% will be retained by the company.

As a result of this agreement, fans will be given access to exclusive JLINGZ content through Recast. This is expected to include gaming highlights, behind-the-scenes footage, and insights into esports. Additionally, JLINGZ will be given access to Recast’s “unique” monetization model.

“We are delighted to be working with the JLINGZ team to bring fans closer to content from some of the best talent in esports. Particularly considering in-app currencies, micro-transactions and gamification are familiar to esports’ audiences, we are seeing great success for our esports partners on Recast,” said Andy Meikle, Recast’s Founder. “Growing at pace, esports needs to establish a stronger, sustainable model, and we are thrilled to have forward-thinking rights holders and names like Jesse trust Recast to help to capitalize on its potential.”

Recast is a well-known direct-to-customer video platform that connects media rights holders with fans. It offers users the ability to earn in-app credits (called Casts) through microtransactions.
