Facebook Gaming recently announced it was expanding its cloud gaming catalog. This has increased the services offering to over 45 titles.
Gameloft, Jam City, and My.Games all unveiled new titles for the platform. Some of the games these companies produced that are coming to the Facebook Cloud include War Planet Online, Disney Emoji Blitz, Family Guy Another Freakin’ Mobile Game, Harry Potter: Hogwarts Mystery, Rush Royale, and so on.
“Our focus is on delivering social games that are free-to-play and accessible for people to play anywhere on any device,” said Facebook’s vice president of gaming business and operations, Gio Hunt, in a statement. “Cloud-streaming removes certain technical limitations, allowing even more people to play games in whichever format they prefer. We believe in the long-term future of cloud gaming, and the continued expansion of our platform depends on building out our cloud games catalog with quality titles across every genre.”
Facebook’s Cloud Gaming platform was originally launched in October of 2020. At the time of its release, the platform only had six playable games.
