Jack “CouRage” Dunlop recently announced he had renewed his deal with YouTube Gaming. The co-owner of 100 Thieves first made the move from Twitch to YouTube’s video game streaming platform in November of 2019.
Dunlop announced his decision in a video posted to Twitter on November 23rd. In the posting, he stood in front of a red and purple door (reportedly representing YouTube Gaming and Twitch, respectively). After a few seconds of silence, he laughed and explained that he would be staying with YouTube, saying, “You guys thought I was going anywhere else?” before walking through the aforementioned red door.
“YouTube is the place where every online creator wants to be,” Dunlop told The Hollywood Reporter. “One of the main reasons I made the move to stream full-time on Youtube, and what I really love about it, is that it’s not only a platform just for gaming but for all kinds of digital content.”
CouRage is a 27-year-old streamer from the United States. He has been playing video games professionally and creating content since 2015.
