The mobile gaming company Voodoo recently announced it had acquired the Israeli development team Beach Bum. At this time, the value of the deal has not been revealed. However, TechCrunch‘s sources say “Voodoo could be paying a few hundred million dollars in total.”
This acquisition will help Voodoo expand into a new market. Voodoo will now add three games to its catalog in the App Store: Backgammon (Lord of the Board), Spades Royale, and Gin Rummy Stars.
