German mobile esports organization, OKA Gaming, has announced a partnership with Samsung, which saw the global electronics manufacturer become OKA Gaming’s official partner for the Clash Royale League World Finals that ran from December 3rd through the 5th and featured a $1.6 million prize pool.
“We are thrilled to welcome Samsung as our partner for the upcoming CRL World Finals,” said Philipp von Thadden, Co-Founder of OKA Gaming. “It is an honor to have such a strong partner on our side! This underlines our ambition to promote mobile gaming by connecting our esports activities heavily with our mobile gaming content creators and producing great storytelling opportunities for our partners!”
According to OKA Gaming, the partnership will see both entities plan live streams with the organization’s players. Moreover, the organization will produce a series of sponsored content for its YouTube and TikTok channels. On top of that, Samsung branding and product placement will be integrated into videos and live streams.
OKA Gaming will launch a Samsung community tournament in the near future. Four of the company’s content creators will each host a tournament and select the winner for their team.
