On September 20th, Esports Technologies Inc. announced it had agreed to a strategic license partnership with Aspire Global. This deal will see Esports Technologies’ services integrated into Aspire Global’s offerings. Furthermore, Aspire will serve as an official iGaming solutions provider of Esports Technologies.
“We are happy to welcome Esports Technologies as an esports partner,” said Tsachi Maimon, Aspire Global’s CEO. “We look forward to providing the esports proprietary solutions for iGaming operators. We are also thrilled to integrate Esports Technologies groundbreaking and engaging wagering products on our platform.”
On October 1st, Esports Technologies announced it had acquired Aspire Global’s B2C business. This transaction, which is reportedly worth $75.9 million, is expected to close on November 30th.
Esports Technologies is a gaming company that is based in Las Vegas, Nevada. The organization offers over 500 video game tournaments and more than 14,000 events that are streamed in over 50 major markets worldwide.
