Galaxy Racer Pakistan recently announced it was launching Gamers Galaxy. This is “said to be the largest” esports and gaming event to take place in Pakistan to date.
“Pakistan has one of the largest young populations in the world, and we want to give that youth the opportunity to participate and compete globally,” said Fakhr-e-Alam, the CEO of Galaxy Racer Pakistan. “Our youth deserves the best esports experiences and through Galaxy Racer Pakistan and our flagship event Gamers Galaxy, we will provide the youth with the right platform to compete and succeed on a global level.”
Gamers Galaxy will be free to attend. Attendees will have the chance to play numerous console and PC games. A tournament will also be held that features a prize pool of roughly $112,000. Other details about the tournament have not yet been revealed.
Gamers Galaxy will be held at the Pak China Friendship Centre in Islamabad, the capital of Pakistan. The event will take place on January 8th and 9th. Those who can’t make those days can catch a broadcast of the event on TEN Sports.
