On December 11th, Betway Nigeria launched the country’s first gaming experience center. The Betway Customer Experience Centre aims to assist customers with their needs while educating consumers and showcasing Betway’s state-of-the-art gambling products.
“The launch of this Experience Centre shows Betway’s commitment, and focus, on delivering premium products and an ultimate gaming experience to customers in Nigeria,” said Kunle Olamuyiwa, Chief Operating Officer of Betway Nigeria. “The new Betway Customer Experience Centre will help our team interact directly with customers, so we can receive useful feedback that will help us serve them better.”
The experience center is located in Ikorodu Lagos. Members of the public will have a chance to register with the organization and place bets on a variety of traditional sports and esports thanks to tablets that will be stationed throughout the facility.
