The New Year has brought with it the Lenovo Legion Y90 Gaming Smartphone. Lenovo has been teasing the phone for weeks, but finally unveiled it to the public on January 1st. The Lenovo Legion Y90 will pack a 6.92-inch E4 AMOLED screen with a 144Hz refresh rate and 720Hz touch sampling rate. The panel supports HDR content, and the smartphone will come with a dual-engine air-cooled system for sustained performance.
While Lenovo didn’t get into the specifics of the cooling system, an employee shared the Y90 will continue playing games at 120fps and remain comparatively cool even after 20-30 minutes of gaming, thanks to its double turbo fan supercharged liquid cooling system.
The Lenovo Legion sports a 6.92 inch Samsung E4 AMOLED panel with a 144Hz refresh rate and HDR support as well. Under the hood, the Legion Y90 is rumored to come powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 888 flagship SoC that will be paired with LPDDR5 RAM and UFS 3.1 storage.
