ZOTAC And The Esports Club Announce ZOTAC CUP

Hardware manufacturer ZOTAC recently unveiled a collaboration with The Esports Club in a deal that will see the two entities host the ZOTAC CUP. This multi-title tournament, which is one of the first international esports events of 2022 for South Asia and Southeast Asia, is expected to feature a $15,000 prize pool.

“As a market leader, it is our responsibility to give back to and enable the gaming community,” said Deepak Gupta, the ZOTAC head of Southeast Asia. “The ZOTAC CUP platform is meant to provide an opportunity for aspiring players across various games. We’re happy to have ecosystem partners like LG Ultragear and Corsair join and support this initiative. We are also thrilled to partner with The Esports Club (TEC) to bring one of the largest ever ZOTAC CUP events for VALORANT to South Asia with an opportunity to play against the best teams in South East Asia.”

Open qualifiers for the event begin on January 9th. Teams from the South Asia and Southeast Asia regions will participate in single-elimination online tournaments.

The ZOTAC CUP finals will run from January 16th to January 27th. The top four teams will qualify for the grand finals and face off against one another for the $8,000 first-place prize.
