Intema Solutions Receives $1.6M From Warrants Exercise, Has Name Change Approved

Intema Solutions Inc. a world leader in esports betting, announced that it had received proceeds of $1,574,400 from the exercise of its common shares of the company. This and other big news was reported at a virtual meeting of shareholders on January 4th.

At the meeting, the corporation’s shareholders approved all the resolutions set out in the management proxy circular dated December 6th, 2021, including those on the election of directors, the appointment of MGO LLP as the new auditors of the corporation for the coming year, and the approval of a 10% rolling stock option plan. The shareholders also approved the name change of the corporation to React Gaming Group Inc., which will become effective at the closing of the transaction with Livestream Gaming Ltd.

“We are extremely pleased with our shareholders’ overwhelming support and vote of confidence, as seen in the exercise of their warrants and their votes at the annual meeting,” said Laurent Benezra, President and Chief Executive Officer of Intema. “As I said during the meeting, 2021 was the year that we laid the foundation for our esport and iGaming ecosystem, and 2022 will be focused on closing and integrating our latest acquisitions and generating revenues for our next phase of growth.     Anyone has an idea to what price can this stock go up to ? Time frame

      This one’s been all over the place since Christmas, but it’s currently trending down. Hard to say where it’ll be by Q2
