Team Liquid Acquires World Of Warcraft Guild

Team Liquid recently signed a contract with the World of Warcraft guild Limit. This comes as part of an effort by the organization to continue its expansion into the MMO (massively multiplayer online) esports scene.

As a result of this acquisition, Limit will get rid of its branding and now fall under directly the Team Liquid umbrella. Over the last three years, the guild had been known as Complexity Limit since it competed alongside Complexity Gaming. Now, only Team Liquid’s branding will be present in the guild’s name.

“Limit Guild is comprised of absolute legends and are the world’s #1 raiding World of Warcraft guild,” Team Liquid said in an official announcement. “If anyone can lead us to victory in the MMO space, it’s these folks, and we’re prepared to support them in every way possible.”

World of Warcraft guilds are an in-game association of player characters. Guilds are formed to make raiding and grouping easier and more rewarding in the game.
