TommyInnit, Tyler1, And Jacksepticeye All Win At The Streamer Awards 2022

UK and Ireland content creators were recently recognized at the 2022 Streamer Awards, with TommyInnit and Jacksepticeye both taking home hardware. TommyInnit, one of the fastest-growing Twitch streamers of last year, was awarded Best Minecraft streamer. Meanwhile, Ireland’s Jacksepticeye won Best Philanthropic Streamer, awarded for contributing to charitable causes by hosting streams, events, spreading awareness, and other such initiatives.

“So many wonderful people raising money for terrific causes each year,” tweeted Jacksepticeye. “Thank you all for voting for me, it means a lot.”

The Streamer Awards is an annual award show that celebrates achievements in the live streaming industry over the past year. It’s set up by streamer QTCinderella and is predominantly US-focused, with the ceremony taking place in Hollywood.

Billed as “the first-ever streamer-oriented awards show,” The Streamer Awards amassed almost 400,000 peak viewers. Those that tuned in could nominate and vote for individuals based on which streamer they find most entertaining to watch in each category.
