The Indian live streaming platform Loco recently announced it had retained the media rights to stream the NBA 2K League in India. This comes on the heels of a multi-year partnership deal that was first established between the NBA 2K League and Loco in 2020.

The first NBA 2K League matches of this year were broadcast on Loco on April 21st. By continuing this relationship, Loco hopes to market the league and increase its visibility in the Indian gaming market both this year and beyond.

“The NBA 2KL has received incredible viewership on Loco over the past two years and we are happy to be extending the association for future seasons,” said Anirudh Pandita and Ashwin Suresh, the Founders of Loco. “We expect to see the Indian 2KL community grow multifold, further fueled by Loco’s own growth. Our focus will be to work with the NBA 2K League team to offer Indian fans the highest quality of entertainment and increase brand affinity for this category of esports.”
