VR developer Polyarc Games announced that it’s bringing its recently-debuted game Moss: Book 2 to the Oculus Quest 2 headset this summer. The company is betting big on VR gaming as the future, as it looks to create more titles to accommodate the changing times.
“I think a lot of developers are taking a look at the landscape, because it’s changing,” said Josh Stiksma, Principal Engineer and Design Director for Moss: Book 2. “You can see that the user base is still growing, when you look at the numbers of people adopting the newer headsets, like the Oculus Quest 2. You can see that there’s large companies making big bets on the future of VR, which gives me a lot of confidence.”
Stiksma added that the company has multiple projects cooking, including alternative/mixed reality games.
“Polyarc has a bunch of stories that we want to tell,” said Stiksma. “And we’re excited to keep doing that as long as people are excited to keep playing our games.”
