A Look At The PUBG Nations Cup 2022

Krafton Inc. revealed new details for the PUBG Nations Cup 2022 (PNC 2022), scheduled for June 16th to the 19th. The tournament marks the first live audience event for a PUBG event since 2019 and will take place at the True Icon Hall in Bangkok, Thailand.

The tournament will pit 64 players from 16 territories across four regions against each other and will feature the “point rule” structure that combines elimination points and placement points. There will be five matches each day, with a total of 20 matches played on Erangel and Miramar. The team which closes the four-day event with the most points from their 20 matches will be crowned champions.

PNC 2022 has a prize pool of $500,000, of which the first place team will receive $100,000 for its efforts. Additionally, second place will take home $58,000 while third place will receive $50,000.

Also returning to the tournament is the “Pick’em Challenge,” which allows viewers to win prizes for predicting the final winning team. Voting coupons used to pick the winner can be obtained by purchasing in-game PNC 2022 skins and items, with 30% of the net sales contributing to the overall prize pool and distributed amongst participating teams.
