Recently, Riot Games unveiled the 30 teams that will be participating in the VALORANT partnership program next year. These squads will make up the three 10-team leagues that will participate in VCT 2023, which includes the São Paulo kickoff event taking place this coming February.
The Americas league will have ten teams from North America, South America, and Brazil. The teams making up that league are 100 Thieves, Sentinels, Cloud9, NRG, Evil Geniuses, FURIA, LOUD, MIBR, KRÜ Esports, and Leviatán.
Meanwhile, the EMEA league will have teams from three parts of the world: the Middle East, Europe, and Africa. The ten teams in that league are Fnatic, Team Vitality, Team Liquid, Karmine Corp, Team Heretics, KOI, Giants, Na’Vi, FUT Esports, and BBL Esports.
The last league will be the Pacific league. The ten teams from that region are ZETA DIVISION, DetonatioN Gaming, Gen.G, T1, DRX, Team Secret, Paper Rex, Rex Regum Qeon, Talon Esports, and Global Esports.
“In 2023, we’re introducing three new VALORANT International Leagues with 10 partnered teams each, which will represent the premier level of competition in the VCT,” Riot Games wrote in a blog post. “Earlier this year, we kicked off a robust selection process to choose the partners for each league. We’ve now identified the 30 teams and are confident that they’re the right partners to help us build the next era of the sport and deliver amazing experiences to fans around the world.”
