Austria’s A1 Telekom Teaming Up With Blacknut Cloud Gaming Platform

On April 6th, gaming specialist Blacknut announced it was entering a partnership with A1 Telekom in Austria to bring cloud gaming to the organization’s subscribers. This agreement will bring over 500 games to the company’s 5 million-plus subscribers at a reduced rate of 9.99€/month.

Oliver Avaro is the Chief Executive Officer of Blacknut. “Our new partnership with A1 in Austria shows again how cloud gaming is near the top of the agenda for mobile operators,” he said. “Latest cloud technology finally gives us the speeds and low latency to fulfill the promise of cloud gaming, delivering a quality experience wherever you are. A1 is one of the largest telecommunication services in Austria. The company offers its services to 5.4 million mobile users and 2.3 million fixed-line customers.

Blacknut’s cloud gaming platform was officially launched in 2018. It is now available in over 40 countries across the globe including Italy, Switzerland, and Luxembourg.
