EE, a Britain-based mobile network, has begun offering a new add-on for existing phone or SIM-only customers that gives users a subscription to Xbox Game Pass Ultimate and access to unlimited gaming data for £10 ($14.13) per month. This promotion comes as EE looks to make its way into the fast-growing esports industry.
“Get 12 months’ Xbox Game Pass Ultimate worth £131,” it reads on the EE website. “Enjoy 100+ Xbox games on your phone for a whole year. Included with any Smart plan on the Samsung Galaxy S21 5G, S21+ 5G, S21 Ultra 5G, S20 FE 5G, and A52 5G. Offer ends 1 June.”
To access the promotion, individuals must text “XBOX” to the phone number 150. This will automatically enroll users in a 30-day rolling contract. As a result, the contract can be canceled any time within the first 30 days of sign up.
EE is a member of the BT Group, a British multinational telecommunications company based in London. EE runs the United Kingdom’s fastest and largest mobile network featuring 4G and 5G offerings.
