Israeli gaming company Buff Technologies Ltd has reportedly published a draft prospectus saying the company will raise $9.25 million at a value of about $30.5 million before going public on the Tel Aviv Stock Exchange (TASE). The company said it will be conducting a roadshow to help complete its fundraising initiative by the end of this month.
Buff Technologies recently created a gaming platform that rewards players with “Buff Points” based on their performance in popular games like Fortnite, League of Legends, and CS:GO. Gamers can then exchange Buff Points in order to make in-game purchases as well as gaming accessory purchases.
Buff Technologies is a cross-platform gaming technology company that is based in Israel. Buff was founded in 2018 and launched its cross-platform product in 2020.
