Mobile gaming studio Madfinger Games recently announced it secured $6.09 million (€5 million) in funding. The investment came from Hong Kong-based developer Nuverse.
The money will be used to expand the Madfinger Games team and its current gaming portfolio. This is expected to include the Shadowgun and Dead Trigger video game series, as well as several new titles in development.
“We are thrilled to have Nuverse on board. They provide us not only capital but also a solid experience in the gaming market,” said studio CEO Marek Rabas. “The funding allows us to hire new talents from all over the world to accelerate the release of our games.”
Madfinger Games was launched in 2010. The studio is best known for producing the Shadowgun franchise for iOS devices.
