On May 12th, Wondr Gaming Corp introduced Stephen R. Brooks to the company. He will serve as Wondr Gaming’s new Chief Financial Officer and Corporate Secretary.
Stephen Brooks has worked in the financial industry for over 25 years. Brooks was formerly the Chief Financial Officer of the NHL’s Ottawa Senators and Senior VP of Business Operations for Major League Baseball’s Toronto Blue Jays as well as the Rogers Centre.
Five days later, Wonder Gaming announced it entered into a binding agreement to acquire Enterprise Gaming Canada Inc. The acquisition is expected to close on May 25th.
Enterprise Gaming Canada has built a proprietary NFT marketplace called Memestation. There, individuals can purchase, sell, and trade pieces of digital art.
