Netflix recently revealed that the company is developing two projects based on the video game Far Cry. The two projects are Captain Laserhawk: A Blood Dragon Remix and another unnamed animated TV show.
Captain Laserhawk: A Blood Dragon Remix is an adult animated television show based on the Far Cry 3 spin-off game Blood Dragon. The show was created and produced by Adi Shankar in collaboration with the animation studio Bobbypills.
Netflix also announced it is developing an anime based on the Far Cry video game series. No additional details are known about the show at this time.
Far Cry is a first-person shooter video game franchise developed by Ubisoft. A new installment in the franchise, Far Cry 6, is scheduled to be released in stores and online this October.
