Embracer Group Set To Acquire CrazyLabs

On August 5th, Embracer Group AB announced it had entered into an agreement to acquire CrazyLabs Ltd. At this time, the financial details of the deal have not been disclosed.

CrazyLabs is a video game publishing company based in Israel. The organization reports having over 110 million monthly active users.
