Wichita State University Signs Partnership Deal With Playfly Sports

Playfly Sports recently announced it had signed a ten-year partnership agreement with Wichita State University. This multimedia rights deal is expected to begin at the start of the 2021-22 college athletics year.

“We are thrilled to be continuing and building our relationship with Wichita State and the Shockers community,” said David Johnston, President of Playfly Sports Properties. “In our continued focus to create new value-added opportunities for our partners, we will continue elevating the Shockers brand in traditional as well as rapidly developing digital media spaces. We are confident this partnership will increase the level of excitement and strengthen the overall Wichita State Athletics experience for students, fans, and alumni.”

This partnership will also see Playfly Sports continue to manage all in-venue events and sponsorships. This will include new engagement opportunities and a number of strategic investments on behalf of Playfly.

Wichita State University is a public research institution located in Wichita, Kansas. There are over 16,000 students currently enrolled at the school.
