A new application called Push it, which was developed by the same company behind Sendit, has made its way to the top of the App Store. According to TechCrunch, the app was downloaded by millions of new users after Snapchat suspended YOLO and LMK, apps that act as direct rivals to Sendit.
“Our users gravitate towards Sendit because of its awesome AR experiences,” said Sendit’s founder, Hunter Rice. “Our mission, and what we’re looking to do, is to find new ways to reduce the friction of sparking conversations with friends. We discovered this really engaging format through these AR games. That’s really the magic behind Sendit and why it’s been so successful.”
Push it is a broadcast messaging application for iOS devices that lets social media users send out messages and notifications to as many followers as they want. The app is easy to use. All you have to do is download it, click on it, create a username, and then you’re ready to begin broadcasting.
Push it was officially launched on the Apple App Store on November 4th. Between the 4th and the 10th, the application was downloaded over 500,000 times.
