DGTL Holdings Inc. recently announced that its subsidiary, Hashoff LLC, renewed its annual software-as-a-service (SaaS) licensing agreement with the organization’s top revenue-producing customer. Hashoff LLC said that the renewal agreement was with a “Nasdaq-listed leader in the e-sports and gaming sector” whose market cap exceeds $30 billion.
“We are thrilled to announce this major software licensing renewal agreement with a global leader in e-sports and gaming. Our clients requested that we develop our CMS platform for video applications and support their brand in key markets,” said Hashoff’s managing director, Charlie Thomas, in a statement.
The Nasdaq-listed gaming company makes up 28% of Hashoff’s current and projected revenues. Additionally, gross revenues from this client are expected to grow throughout the 2022 fiscal year with several new activations expected over the coming months.
