Rochester Institute Of Technology And AT&T Hosting Video Game Development Event

AT&T is teaming up with the Rochester Institute of Technology to host ROCtheChange Game Jam on January 15th. This event aims to challenge 65 students from New York to develop functional digital video games that highlight themes like social change and justice.

The event will take place at RIT in the Thomas Golisano College of Computing and Information Sciences building. It will run from 9 AM EST to 7 PM EST.

Registration for the ROCtheChange Game Jam is open to the public now. The video game development event is open to local public-school students in grades 8 through 12.

The Rochester Institute of Technology is a private research university located in Henrietta, New York. The school was founded in 1829.
