Riot Games recently announced a partnership with Amazon to give out free VALORANT loos for Amazon Prime Gaming subscribers. There are skins, sprays, player cards, titles, and gun buddies to match gamer profiles. These cosmetics cost extra, but Amazon Prime Gaming is giving an option to get some free cosmetics and loot in-game. Riot has already done this with Amazon for League of Legends drops.
For those with an active Prime Gaming subscription, you can access all the exclusive loot drops. For VALORANT players, first, you need to connect your Riot Games account to your Prime Gaming subscribed Twitch account.
As for specifically claiming the VALORANT freebie once you’ve connected your account, all you need to do is first go to the VALORANT page of Prime Gaming. Once there, you will see a “Claim Now” button next to the item. Once you click it, you can use that freebie in your game account effective immediately.
The rewards in Prime Gaming usually only last for a month, so grab them as soon as you can because it will change to another free item come March. The first VALORANT Prime Gaming Rewards for January/February is the “Wayfinder Shorty.” This gun skin consists of map-like details imprinted on its black base. Finished off with gold markings, the gun skin looks like an undercover agent’s weapon of choice, contrary to the gun’s loud uproar when fired.
