Dignitas recently announced that it signed NFL running back Boston Scott to the organization’s Rocket League team. Scott will now serve as a substitute for the Rocket League team as well as a content creator for the gaming company.
“Gaming has always been a big part of my life. It has had an impact on me since I was young that has made it bigger than just a hobby that I enjoy,” Scott said. “The fact that I’m able to join Dignitas is a dream come true. I’m so excited to work with this organization and I’m extremely grateful they have given me the chance to be a part of them.”
The 26-year-old running back for the Philadelphia Eagles will be the fourth member of Dignitas’ Rocket League team. Scott will also be the star of a future content series documenting his pro sports and esports careers.
Dignitas is an internationally-recognized esports organization based in North America that was founded in 2003. Besides Rocket League, Dignitas fields teams competing in several other titles like CS:GO, League of Legends, VALORANT, and more.
