The National Junior College Athletic Association Esports (NJCAAE) recently announced it had agreed to a partnership with Metacitx LLC. This deal will see over 125 NJCAAE colleges and universities be given access to Metactix’s software-as-a-service (SaaS) management solutions, which will help gaming facility staffers save about 15% of their time through the use of Metactix’s game auto-updater.
“IT security is of critical importance in every aspect of our daily lives, and esports is certainly no different. We are thrilled to provide our members with access to a tool that not only provides the highest level of security but also reduces expenses and increases center efficiency,” said Jeff White, the Executive Director of the NJCAAE.
The NJCAAE is the national governing body for two-year college esports programs in the United States. The organization was established in the Fall of 2019.
Metactix is an esports company that offers a range of software and consulting services to aid in the management and development of gaming centers. The business’ headquarters are currently located in Columbus, Ohio.
