Vexed Gaming recently announced it had finalized its acquisition of the North American video game organization Mock-It Esports. The financial details of this agreement have not been disclosed at this time.
As a result of this deal, all Mock-It Esports branding and operations will cease to exist and be absorbed by Vexed Gaming. This means that Mock-It’s Halo Infinite and Fortnite teams will now become a part of Vexed Gaming. Despite the acquisition, the company announced that Mock-It’s European Halo Infinite roster will continue its operations but under Vexed’s branding.
“We are delighted to conclude this deal and secure a new strategic North American acquisition that will allow us to capitalize on the historic work done by the Mock-it team,” said Sonny Waheed, Vexed Gaming’s CEO. “We look forward to welcoming Mock-it’s fans and giving them many years of exciting gameplay under the Vexed banner.”
Vexed Gaming Ltd. is a well-known esports organization that operates out of Manchester, England. The company currently supports rosters in a variety of popular games including Rainbow Six: Siege, League of Legends: Wild Rift, and VALORANT.
